Professor Gesil Amarante destaca a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Profenit<\/em>.

O Profenit (Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Propriedade Intelectual e Transfer\u00eancia de Tecnologia para a Inova\u00e7\u00e3o) do Fortec (F\u00f3rum Nacional de Gestores de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Transfer\u00eancia de Tecnologia) participou em Bras\u00edlia do lan\u00e7amento do \u2018Portal Vitrine MEC de Tecnologias\u2019, iniciativa da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior (Sesu)\/MEC com o objetivo de reunir tecnologias desenvolvidas por institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e privadas para conhecimento do setor produtivo a fim de estimular e simplificar o processo de transfer\u00eancia de tecnologias. A vitrine originou-se de um trabalho de uma aluna do @profnit, @emanuela, que participou de todo processo de gera\u00e7\u00e3o desta nova ferramenta.

O presidente do Fortec, Gesil Amarante, destacou a import\u00e2ncia fundamental das instituto de ci\u00eancia e tecnologia (ICTs) no esfor\u00e7o brasileiro de supera\u00e7\u00e3o da fome, das desigualdades, dos desafios clim\u00e1ticos e por um Brasil mais soberano, que segundo ele, passa pelo refor\u00e7o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos ICTs no Sistema Nacional de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o. Acrescentou tamb\u00e9m o importante papel da academia para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empres\u00e1rios do Brasil e saudou a iniciativa do MEC em reunir diversas for\u00e7as da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica nesta tarefa.

A Secret\u00e1ria de educa\u00e7\u00e3o superior do MEC, Denise Pires, fez um hist\u00f3rico da import\u00e2ncia das engrenagens centrais que impulsionam a inova\u00e7\u00e3o: ICTs-governo-empresas. Citou a pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica do Complexo Econ\u00f4mico-Industrial da Sa\u00fade como exemplo de pol\u00edtica que tem a CT&I como base material. E que precisa ser desenvolvida, valorizada e fortalecida para impulsionar o Brasil.

Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 gest\u00e3o da inova\u00e7\u00e3o, ela citou a necessidade de estruturar os N\u00facleos de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Tecnol\u00f3gica (NITs) do pa\u00eds para fazer com que o conhecimento gerado chegue at\u00e9 a sociedade. \u201cPrecisamos capacitar o pessoal dos NITs, em massa\u201d, afirmou. Denise considerou tamb\u00e9m ser muito importante que os p\u00f3s-graduandos conhe\u00e7am a ind\u00fastria e que fortale\u00e7am o di\u00e1logo ICT-empresas.

O portal vai reunir nesta primeira fase, os ativos de propriedade intelectual das universidades p\u00fablicas federais, estaduais e municipais e das ICTs privadas. \u201cO Fortec-Profnit continuar\u00e1 fazendo parte deste trabalho por meio de a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das iniciativas que far\u00e3o parte da vitrine e outras a\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio t\u00e9cnico,\u201d concluiu Gesil Amarante.
