A fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 indica\u00e7\u00e3o da Am\u00e9rica Triathlon, que \u00e9 a Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Continental das Am\u00e9ricas.<br><br>Alberto Kruschewsky tem uma trajet\u00f3ria longa no triathlon, representando o Brasil em outros pa\u00edses, e em 2012 come\u00e7ou a atuar como Oficial T\u00e9cnico. Em 2015 se tornou Oficial T\u00e9cnico n\u00edvel 2 e foi convocado para a Olimp\u00edada do Rio de Janeiro. Desde ent\u00e3o tem atuado em provas nacionais e internacionais. Em 2023 foi convocado para atuar nos Jogos Pan Americanos. O Triathlon, desde a sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o, segue a igualdade e equidade entre g\u00eaneros, e nos eventos da World Triathlon sempre existe a mesma quantidade de vagas, seja para atletas ou oficiais.<br><br>Com o apoio da Uesc atrav\u00e9s da Pr\u00f3-reitoria de Extens\u00e3o (PROEX) o Professor Alberto tem um Projeto voltado \u00e0 capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de Oficiais T\u00e9cnicos e atua\u00e7\u00e3o em eventos por todo o Brasil, no qual participam alunos de qualquer \u00e1rea e egressos da universidade. O projeto tamb\u00e9m permite que a Uesc sedia hoje a Escolinha de Triathlon Formando Campe\u00f5es, do ex-Triatleta Ol\u00edmpico Juraci Moreira. Existe tamb\u00e9m uma disciplina optativa voltada aos eventos multiesportivos.<br><br>Como Delegado T\u00e9cnico, Alberto Kruschewsky ser\u00e1 o principal respons\u00e1vel por toda a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento, garantindo que o Manual da World Triathlon referente \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a, estruturas e normas t\u00e9cnicas, seja colocado em pr\u00e1tica.
